Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you
know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - 
Orders can be picked up daily. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days using Evri or Royal Mail. 

SHIPPING RATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for all orders over £100.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping on request, please use the contact us page before ordering.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bosh Plates is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please see our refund policy. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at boshplates@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
